Tri-State Announces 25-Megawatt Alta Luna Solar Project Partnership

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (Tri-State) and D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments, L.L.C. have announced a 25-year contract to supply the utility with renewable energy from the planned Alta Luna Solar Project to be constructed in Luna County in southwest New Mexico.

Tri-State Increases Solar Portfolio

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (Tri-State) and juwi Inc. have entered into a long-term power purchase agreement related to the planned 30 MW San Isabel Solar Project.  Pursuant to the agreement, Tri-State will purchase all of the output of the facility during the 25-year term.  The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016.

Tri-State Fights EPA MATS Rule for Colorado Facility

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (Tri-State) has renewed its attempt to suspend the April 2016 compliance deadline under the Mercury and Air Toxics (MATS) rule for the 110-MW Nucla Station.  Tri-State has asked the D.C. Tri-State G&T Association Asks D.C. Circuit to Delay Mercury Rule

In light of a recent Supreme Court ruling, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association Inc. (Tri-State G&T) has asked the D.C. Tri-State Enters Wind PPA with Iberdrola Renewables

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc.
