South Carolina Coop to Sell Security Company

Palmetto Electric Cooperative plans to sell Palmetto Security Systems on August 1 to the company’s former vice president.  The coop board decided to sell the security company to focus on the coop’s core mission of providing electricity, according to a news release.  Existing accounts will be served by a new company under the same name.  For more information, click here.
