Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Files Suit Alleging Religious Discrimination by Coop
According to the government’s suit, Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when it fired an employee who is a Jehovah’s Witness. The government filed its suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas on January 26.
