Executives from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association joined U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue, and Federal Communications Commission Chairman, Ajit Pai, as well as executives from four other partner organizations – Farm Foundation, NTCA—The Rural Broadband Association, CoBank, and the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation – to kick off listening sessions, which will highlight the importance of e-connectivity to all sectors of rural America. The next listening session will be in June 2018 in Minnesota.
