Kentucky Coop Becomes CFC 100-Percent Borrower
Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation, based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, became the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation’s (CFC) latest 100-percent borrower.
